Blackjack Ballroom review: what the cashier and terms actually say

Which address is the real one

Two addresses turn up when you search for Blackjack Ballroom. The casino runs at blackjackballroom.eu. Its terms, banking FAQ and bonus page all sit there, and the Casino Rewards affiliate program points to the same address.[7] source

blackjackballroom.casino is not the casino. When we opened it on September 26, 2026, it showed a parked page offering the domain for sale. Sister brands do use .casino addresses — zodiac.casino, luxury.casino — so the mix-up is easy to make.

Copies also exist under names like blackjack-ballroom-ca.com. Nothing on them shows a link to the Casino Rewards group, and we don’t link to them. The casino you want is the one whose terms name Fresh Horizons Limited and Kahnawake licence 00972.[1] source

How long a withdrawal takes, as published

Blackjack Ballroom publishes its withdrawal in stages. Checked on September 26, 2026: the banking FAQ says a request is “held in pending for 48 hours” and then processed on the following business day. After that, the time depends on the method.[2] source

Add the stages together and Skrill arrives four to six days after you ask, if nothing else holds the request. CAD EFT runs about a day longer at the top end. Weekends aren’t working days, so a Friday request slides into the next week.

The first withdrawal to a new method can take longer: the FAQ allows extra checks of “up to 5-7 working days”.[2] source While a request is still pending, you can reverse it and play the money back.

Paying in from a Canadian account

Interac is on the deposit side only. The FAQ says Interac payments are “processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc.”, a third-party processor, so limits depend on the site and your bank.[2] source Interac isn’t on the withdrawal list. Pick your way out before you pay in: Skrill and CAD EFT are the options that don’t involve a card.

The FAQ also names cards, bank transfer services, prepaid vouchers and e-wallets, without listing brands.[2] source If you pay by credit card, Canada’s big banks treat casino payments as cash-like transactions: a cash advance, with interest from day one.[16] source

The minimum deposit isn’t published — not in the terms, the FAQ or the bonus page. If the casino doesn’t publish a number, our table says “not published”, not a guess. The account currency isn’t stated either, though the FAQ lists “CAD EFT/ECheck (Canada only)”. When a payment needs conversion, the terms charge a 2.5% fee.[1] source

Limits, fees and the $4,000 weekly cap

Most withdrawals are free. The FAQ lists CAD EFT as “No Cost”, and the only charged method is a direct bank transfer: $50, or $100 above $3,000.[2] source

The cap to know about sits in the terms. A player whose winnings are “substantially greater than their total purchases” can be paid at a maximum of $4,000 per week.[1] source At that rate, a $20,000 win reaches you over five weeks. Daily limits by method also apply, and the public pages don’t list them.

The terms also reach across the group. If you reverse a deposit through your bank, the casino can lock “all their casino accounts on the Casino Rewards network”.[1] source A disputed payment at a sister casino affects this account too.

ID checks: what they ask for

The terms let Blackjack Ballroom ask for documents “following deposits and/or prior to executing a withdrawal”.[1] source So the check can come at any point, not only at cash-out. The list is standard:

• a valid ID: passport, driver’s licence or government ID;
• proof of address no older than three months;
• proof that the payment account is yours.

The licence and who runs it

Blackjack Ballroom is “a brand managed by Fresh Horizons Limited” of the British Virgin Islands. It holds a Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence, No. 00972, according to the terms on its own site.[1] source The footer links to Kahnawake and eCOGRA certificates. Disputes go to eCOGRA, and complaints can also go to the Kahnawake commission.

A Kahnawake licence isn’t a provincial registration. Blackjack Ballroom isn’t on the iGaming Ontario list of registered sites.[8] source It also isn’t among the brands Alberta registered for the group’s Malta company, Apollo Entertainment Limited.[9] source Its terms don’t mention Ontario. The age rule is worth reading. Players must be older than 19 or the age of majority where they live, “whichever is the greater”.[2] source Manitoba, Alberta and Quebec set gambling at 18, most of Canada at 19. At this casino it’s 19 in every province.

The $500 welcome package and its 200x wagering

The bonus page advertises $500 in welcome bonuses. Behind that figure are three deposit matches:[3] source

The 200x is the number that matters. The terms give their own example: a $100 bonus means wagering “approximately $20,000”.[1] source The house rules for clearing it:

• Slots count 100%. Table, parlour and live games count 2%.
• A single bet of 25% or more of the bonus is treated as “irregular play”.
• The first deposit has to be made within 7 days of registering.
• Unused bonuses are forfeited 60 days after registration.

For a casino named after blackjack, the 2% rule changes the math. $100 of blackjack bets clears $2 of wagering. If you plan to play mostly tables, the match clears slowly.[1] source

Games: Mega Moolah and the tables

Blackjack Ballroom gives two counts: “550+ casino games” on the homepage and “over 1000 games” on the games page.[5] source[4] source The game providers aren’t named on its public pages.

The games page lists four Mega Moolah progressives: Mega Moolah, Atlantean Treasures, Immortal Romance and Thunderstruck II Mega Moolah.[4] source Three sister casinos list the same four. Live games are there too: the terms count “All Live Casino games” at 2% for wagering. The live studios aren’t named on the public pages.[1] source

Loyalty points come from the Casino Rewards program. For the same amount wagered, slots earn 1 point, table games and roulette 0.5, video poker and blackjack 0.1.[11] source The FAQ says every 100 points is worth a dollar in chips, and redemption starts at 1,000 points.[2] source Blackjack earns a tenth of the slot rate here as well. One small mismatch: the Blackjack Ballroom FAQ mentions six status levels, while the Casino Rewards table shows five.[2] source[11] source

Support and language

Support runs 24/7 by live chat and email, and email answers come “within 48 hours”.[6] source The site is English only: the French address redirects to the English page. Zodiac, Yukon Gold and Luxury, in the same group, do have French versions.

Some help pages are old. The FAQ still describes a downloadable client for Windows 7 that needs Adobe Flash Player 10.[2] source The terms are current, so where the two differ, we go by the terms.

Blackjack Ballroom sister sites

Blackjack Ballroom belongs to Casino Rewards. On September 26, 2026 we compared its terms with those of Zodiac, Yukon Gold, Luxury and Captain Cooks. They match word for word, apart from the welcome bonus section. Same company, same Kahnawake licence, same withdrawal rules; the entry offer is what differs.

Each of those four also runs a separate Ontario site through Apollo Entertainment Limited, on the iGaming Ontario list. Blackjack Ballroom doesn’t.[8] source That’s why their offers carry an Ontario note and this one doesn’t.

In June 2026 the group closed 13 brands, Virtual City Casino among them. The notice says existing players “will be able to log in with their existing account numbers at Luxury Casino”.[10] source Blackjack Ballroom stayed open. Pros and cons
