The “50 free spins, no deposit” wording comes from third-party pages and copycat sites with Zodiac in their address. Those sites aren’t run by the casino. Zodiac’s terms are clear on this point: only promotions advertised on the casino’s own website are honoured.[1] source A code found elsewhere may simply not be recognized.

So the working route is the one the casino publishes. It needs a deposit, but a small one, and no code at all.
