Province Casinos earns money through affiliate programs. This page explains which links pay and what that changes. The short answer: it changes nothing about the checks, the scores or the order.
Which links can pay us
Buttons to a casino go through an address on our site that starts with /go/. Those links carry a nofollow mark for search engines. When you open an account through one of them, the casino’s affiliate program may pay us a share of what the casino earns, or a fixed fee.
Links in the “Sources” section of each page point straight at casino terms and cashier pages, regulators and providers. They don’t pay us.
Where the links go, and where they don’t
- Casinos whose affiliate program we haven’t checked, or that has unresolved non-payment reports from other affiliates, stay out of the ranking. They keep their facts and a Visit button in the “Checked, not ranked” table, and they get no score.
- Anyone in Ontario. Ontario regulates its own market, and the casinos in our ranking are not registered there, so the buttons lead to our Ontario page.
- Pages about responsible gambling, privacy, terms, contact and the author.
What commissions don’t change
- Scores. They come from the formula on how we rate, fed by each casino’s published cashier and terms.
- Order. The ranking is sorted by score.
- What we write. Minuses stay in the “Pros and cons” of every review, whoever pays.
Where the programs stand today
The ranking shows the casinos whose programs pass our check; the “Checked, not ranked” table links to the rest. Until our agreements are signed, all these buttons lead to the casino’s own address and pay nothing. We’ll keep this page current as that changes.
